The smoothies were nice and the staff took the time to voluntarily share information with you on what was in the smoothie. The stay was a delight with an easy check-in and check out experience. Overall, perfect stay with staff making it a memorable one when the opportunity did arise.
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, the reception staff was welcoming, and the location was great, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.
The atmosphere was great during the world championship of legends game. We arrived early and luckily found parking at cannon hill park opposite the stadium £5 for the whole day. Made our way inside Eric Hollies stand good seats with plenty of leg room excellent view of the pitch.

Located very close to Birmingham New Street Newcastle slots (5 min walk), this hotel is ideally located for central areas including the Christmas Markets. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped, including hob, microwave oven and dishwasher are a blessing, making it a home from home.
The parking is free and is quite big. I normally go here on the weekend and in the afternoon I never had to wait for parking, always been able to find a spot straight away. Overall it's a good place where you could easily spend a whole day.
